When you have a cape enabled and are wearing an elytra, the elytra shows the defult elytra texture rather than the selected cape

The capes attached to the skins in the "Founder's Cape" and the "MINECON 2016 Skin Pack" don't show their appropriate elytra texture,
Steps to Reproduce:
Make sure you're not wearing any owned capes by going to the capes tab and selecting "None"
Equip a skin with a built-in cape, the "Founder's Cape" skin pack will work
Equip an elytra
Observed Results:
the elytra will have the default texture
Expected Results:
the elytra would have the appropriate texture for that cape

This can be actually fixed..
1) pick any cape from example: 2016 Minecon skin pack
2) Then also wear any cape in character creator (Founders/Pancape)

Seems to be happening in multiplayer for us if one player is using a character without a cape. As soon as all players are wearing a cape everyone's elytra immediately changes to the cape texture. We are using the founders cape.
Chris: the issue you related here is being tracked at MCPE-53595.
This Issue is still not resolved. When I try wear a cape from the Minecon 2016 Skin Pack it stills shows the default elytra and you apply a cape with the skin pack (like the founders cape) it makes the entire texture invisible and sometimes glitches to flash the default texture, then the selected cape texture (for a split second) and then turns invisible. Please fix this issue, because it isn't like Minecraft is going to add the Minecon capes to Minecraft Bedrock cape selection anytime soon.
