The capes don't show up on the character creator section or capes and when donning an elytra, the regular texture appears, not the Cape textures. Removing the elytra after that results in the Cape going invisible.

People say that using the founders Cape, keeps the Minecon cape textures, but the Cape just replaces the Minecon Cape until removed.
