Custom skins remove from player when opening the game.

Every time that i log on to minecraft on my xbox, pc, android devices on bedrock edition my custom skins dissapear. Even the skins from the market place reset to the steve or alex skin. It can be very annoying when we use one of the free skins and then we can't find it again.
