"Failed to Sync User Data" Report (Oct.4 2019)

Hello Everyone! I have an issue, and was hoping for some advice. (I'm playing on Bedrock, Xbox) The problem is, when entering Minecraft and selecting a specific set of worlds, (They are all copies of one-another for backups) the game will be unable to 'sync user data', I assume from the cloud. Here's the things I've done that haven't worked: Reset Xbox, Hard Reset Xbox, Factory Reset Xbox, Clear local save data, contact Microsoft support, delete unwanted worlds, reinstall Minecraft, try playing on a different xbox. One thing I do notice is that I'm able to create new worlds, and access worlds with small amounts of MBs. The worlds over 100 Mbs are unaccessable. If someone could help, I'd really appreciate it!

Is this still an issue in 1.13.0? And if so, when did the sync errors begin to happen please?

Hello , I Have The Same Issue That I Opened the game and says syncing user data after that shows me failed to sync user data .

My Bedrock version is 1.13.0 Just yesterday i received this problem i tried the hard reset not working tho

Hello, I also have a issue LIKE that but it is more with servers. You can check out my issue i cant remember the code but its called: Servers do not appear. Its sort of the same issue but it is as soon as i start the game it says 'fail to sync user data would you like to play the game offline?' And the options are 'try again' or 'play offline'. Yes my xbox is connected to the internet may i add. So anyway i usually press try again and when it doesn't work i just press play offline and then servers do not appear because of that.

Hello can anyone tell me why this syncing user data keeps happening its been going on for like 2 months it started happening in April 2020 any suggestions?  

Lost all worlds suddenly.

 Xbox one 

Cloud save data will not re synch after clearing local cache

Uninstall and reinstall 

Over a years work for 4 people gone😵
