bad omen levels not stacking

I've killed multiple pillager captains and the game only gives me a bad omen 1 raid.

When you receive a status effect that you already have, it resets the timer. It does not create a second instance of the effect.

Edit: After getting someone else to look at your report, I now understand that you are expecting Bedrock to match Java behavior, in which you can raise the level of bad omen and hence the raid level and hero of the village level, by killing multiple captains.

The difference between Bedrock and Java on this point is described on the wiki entry for "Bad Omen".
