Summary
On Xbox One, new cloud fading that is similar to Java was added, but this wasn't added to Windows 10.
Steps to Reproduce:
Compare the Xbox One clouds in the distance to the Windows 10 clouds in the distance.
Observed results:
The clouds on Windows 10 don't have the same fading as Xbox.
Expected results:
The clouds on Windows 10 have the same fading they now have on Xbox.
