The first attached screenshot is of me leaving my world. For the first 5ish seconds of leaving, no text appears. The second one is of me joining my world. When the XP loading bar first appears, all text disappears for 1-3 seconds. During both of these events, the beta text at the top of the screen also doesn't show. This started occurring after i joined the beta program.

Confirmed on 1.14.30
Appears to be caused by loading a resource pack (fun fact: if you try to load a resource pack, the text will disappear there.)
Tested on Android, iOS, Windows, and Xbox One.
