[MCPE-53588] Loading tips and beta debug text don't display for a few seconds when loading/saving world

Steps to Reproduce:

Load a world and save the world.

Observed Results:
The loading tips and beta debug text are not displayed for the first few seconds.

Expected Results:
The loading tips and beta debug text should be displayed immediately.

This appears to be fixed in 1.16.0.60 Beta.

Confirmed fixed in 1.16.0.60 (although I tested 1.16.0.63)

Trying not to spam everyone's emails (there are only 5 watchers at the time of typing this, however I still waited 20+ minutes), but enabling/disabling a texture pack can also cause this.
