IOS and Windows 10 can chat but, can't see what other people are saying. So when they play with friends and or RP severs they are not able to communicate with the other players. It and leaves them to play solo or just find something else to play on. And It can be Kind of annoying to have to buy a different computer or phones just to chat with other online.
