Vision In Water Turns Black On IOS/Android Devices

I was Mildly Using Minecraft Pocket Edition on Android and when entering water the screen goes black. and this isn't just one device. other friends using IOS devices have this same problem. and the temporary solution is simply to Save and Exit and Re-enter the World/Server (Or Friend's Game). I'm sure that other players may have this same problem.
