What I expected to happen was
For snow cover (thin block of snow) to be craftble in survival, and in the creative inventory
What actually happened was...:*
No way to place snow cover, no crafting, not in creative inventory
Describe what happened here
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In creative, go to your inventory, no snow cover is there.
2. ...In survival, look at the crafting table, snow cover is not there

Why, one of the bugs reported was "no ice in creative inventory", and they actually listened to that! Plus bedrock is essential to the world, and once you destroy it, it can never be replaced!
Summary:Its a bug.
Oops, that was MCPE-5408 I was talking about, but snow cover's the same.
Reopened, because in MCPE-5:
if there is an item anyone feels they need then please let us know.
Also,it's already in-game, so it wouldn't be hard to just put it in the inventory.
It's not like I'm saying"no enderdragon in creative"!
