It seems that only in Minecraft Windows 10 public servers, such as Mineplex and The Hive, no one can actually view my messages. There are no error codes, my game runs smoothly, everything works and I can type with ease and send my messages. My chat settings through xbox is selected on EVERYONE, so theoretically everyone should be able to see my messages.
In private servers with friends, they are able to see my messages. I'm not sure why I cannot communicate fully in public servers.
I'm not sure what to do, I've contacted Xbox, they could not help. I've contacted Minecraft support twice, they only replied once saying they couldn't help me.
I just really want to be able to communicate for minigames or for advice, and this issue is making that extremely impossible.
