When successfully breeding turtles with sea grass, sometimes the egg-bearing turtle freezes up. It doesn't usually happen right away. After she travels a bit, looking for a beach to lay eggs, she'll freeze. If pushed into water she'll just float in place. When you walk by her she won't look at you. You can only move her by walking into her, and she will move her flippers as you move her, but then she goes back to being frozen. It feels like the AI just shuts down almost. The only way I can get the turtle to move again is by punching it. It'll run away aimless for a bit and then usually freeze up again. This makes harvesting eggs really difficult.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find two turtles
2. Feed them both seagrass
3. Follow the pregnant turtle until:
a. She lays eggs
b. She freezes (this doesn't always happen, but it happens enough to be annoying)
