[MCPE-54277] Honey do not work honey blocks don't work as they should.

*When youhit a mob that is in theblock of honey the mob jumps by the blow and you hit them the effect of the block of honey it does not work and theanimal/mob canescape if you using the block to make a fence or something like that. +I think that when you hit the mob that is in the honey block and he jumpsthe effect of the honey stay and heshould not escape.+*
