When i open chat in Minecraft Windows 10 Edition 1.14.0.2 Beta it glitches out and i can't do anything in that state i need to restart the whole game

on beta 1.14.0.2 and 1.14.0.3

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-54566, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
