I planted beetroots in my farm when i broke the beetroot with my hand it made breaking stone sound
What supposed to happen :
Make breaking any planted thing sound like wheat or carrot or potatoes

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version. They currently make the wood breaking sound which is being tracked here MCPE-46675
