I have discovered a recent bug in the bedrock beta 1.13.0.9, in which the librarian villagers are not displaying the name of the enchanted book they offer to trade. Therefore, we, as players, cannot determine the type of enchanted book being offered until we buy it. Thank you.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MCPE-51311.
That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game, you can check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to learn more.
