So all old packs (from advent calendar and minecon 2016 pack) are again in marketplace for free , should they be back ? If not please fix it fast i dont want to many players get those packs

Are you sure that they're not just there because you own them?
Unless the issue was fixed from your bug report until now, they're not in the marketplace.
