[MCPE-5450] Can't craft Quartz Stairs in the Stonecutter

Quartz Stairs not available in the Stonecutter

What I expected to happen was...:
I was looking though the Stonecutter to make Quartz Stairs

What actually happened was...:
They didn't have the Quart Stairs!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Crafted the Stonecutter
2. ... I was looking for Quart Stairs
3. ... They didn't have the Quart Stairs!

I was playing on a Android 4.1 HTC Desire HD Tablet.

Still not fixed in 0.8.1

It says it is fixed but it is not fixed on iOS MCPE! I dont see it, problem remains. It is not fixed...

Semih, this issue is fixed for version 0.11.0, which has yet to be released.
