Suspicious stew is not showing up in creative menu and recipe book

Recipe book item was not added yet. Suspicious stew can only be obtained through shipwrecks, villagers and mooshrooms (brown).

As explained in MCPE-51173, the absence of Suspicious Stew from the creative inventory is intentional. It also cannot be obtained with the /give command. The only way to obtain it is to craft it.
