When you press "T" to Chat
You are stuck in the place and cant do anything
only way to stop is to turn off minecraft
and another thing is that you cant change the skin anymore(ingame)
, the pause menu says :
"PauseScreen.thirdPartyConsoleDisconect"
when I want to change the resource pack every button is aligned terribly

Have you tried a full reinstall of the game?
Backup any data you don't want to lose, then try the following:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall Minecraft
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)
Reinstall Minecraft
Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder
Sometimes a clean install of the game will help with these kind of issues.
