I own and run a public realm for the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft and have gained a lot of players on it over the course of a couple years. The realm now has over 11,000 people in it and when I try to load the control panel it just says "Unable to connect to realm." and "Failed to retrieve realm information. Please try again later." This happens every time I try to manage the realm.

I have something similar that does not let me renew the realm and I deleted it to solve the problem and I can not purchase realm on windows 10 in a few days later I tried on mobile and it does let me purchase a realm
