[MCPE-5480] Selected item highlighting texture is offset by a pixel

Steps:

1. tap the ... button to open your inventory (creative or survival)
2. Repeatedly tap any item while looking at the selected hotbar slot. You will see the item in the hotbar slot flash white repeatedly; however, the right most pixel of the hotbar slot does not flash and the left most edge of the flashing white box overlaps the left edge of the white outline of the selected hotbar slot.

Conclusion The white box is moved over a little bit too far to the left :O

Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.2). Explanation: the white overlay that appears over items in the hotbar when selecting them in the inventory is offset by one pixel. Tested in creative mode.
