Observers have not the same behavior sa before in the 1.12, means that for example if a redstone line powered placed it fornt of the face of the observer, than the observer dont gives an output when the junk reloads, for example go to the nether and back. This feature was very useful for diffrent redstone circuits. Please fix this. i would like to have that feature back.
