[MCPE-55195] When picking skin on offline mode, you can’t have access to change or edit your skin.

I don’t know if this is a bug but I can’t change or edit skins on offline mode. It’s annoying because the old version of the skin section you will be able to change your skin offline.

You can create a character on iOS and I think on other devices too but it doesn’t save your saved skins offline. And there’s is no way you can’t create a character on Nintendo Switch offline
