Bedrock edition on iPad 4, update 1.14 on 31/10/19, have been unable to access Minecraft since .App opens to mojang screen goes blank then kicks us out. Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?

The same thing is happening to us too. My kid won't be able to participate in Minecraft club after school today because of this update fail! This is happening with the latest 1.13 update on iPad 2 running iOS 9.3.5. Hope this can get resolved soon.
