When I throw a lingering potion the game freeze and cash after a while, exactly the same happens when the Ender Dragon uses dragon's breath

We are having the exact same issue with the Enderdragon, every thing goes fine until he uses his breath attack, as soon as the breath explodes, the game instantly freezes....We are playing on the Switch as well.
