When throwing an ender pearl it seems to never aim it straight up or down. In my survival world I have a teleporter that holds an ender pearls in a bubble column then releases it to teleport, but now it is impossible to get to not hit the side, even when throwing it at the same trajectory that I would have the previous update. I made a creative world and tried to line it up but the best I can get is it bouncing a couple of times then hitting the wall. Eggs still act the way they are supposed to though
Additional information from duplicate report MCPE-80597:
Before in 1.12 you could throw an ender pearl straight down a soul sand bubble column and it would bounce up and down in the exact same spot.

This is caused by MCPE-100010. When ender pearls are pushed by the player, they are pushed away from the intended trajectory.
I tested this by creating a soul sand bubble column, throwing an ender pearl straight down, and backing away; this caused the ender pearl to teleport me two blocks away from the area. I tried again but I threw it while flying upwards in creative mode; this caused the ender pearl to teleport me one block away instead.
It seems that the best way to stop ender pearls from moving is to use honey blocks for now.
Edit: I tried again by falling from a large height and throwing an ender pearl; this caused the ender pearl to bob up and down a few times, traveling very slowly to the bubble column's edge.
Confirmed for latest version of MCPE. I believe this may be an issue with the client sending weird velocity packets to the ender pearl upon creation. I will test this further, as it frustrates the creation of viable ender pearl stasis chambers.
