Worlds dissapeared after fox update

After updating to 1.13/fox update on bedrock some weird things have happened.
On November 2, I started playing Minecraft with the new update. I played around with the character creator.
At the time I had 6 worlds in total and was playing my survival world that I've worked on for months. In the screenshot the world is called "hello"

I played for an hour or so without problems. The next day I went to play the same world. However, when I went to the world selection all of my worlds dissapeared and said "oops have your worlds disappeared? Try changing the storage (external or internal)" I messed around with that and all 6 worlds reappeared. Although when I tried getting in my survival world before it could load, the game crashed.

I tried getting back on Minecraft, the logo showed up and crashed. So I waited a few hours and tried again. This time it loaded but, when I got to world selection there was only one world, my survival.

I noticed that the image of the world wasn't there and that the world is only 0.01MB big. When I know for a fact that it's at least 0.13 MB big. I tried entering and it crashed. I also realized that the character I created the day before is gone. I then tried signing onto my xbox live account and it didn't fix anything.

I then tried creating a new world called "test" in the screenshot and that one works just fine. So now i'm just confused, is it maybe an issue on your end or mine. Are my worlds completely gone? If so that would suck.
Thank you for reading.

Okay okay ive had issues like this and i have several possible ideas/solutions - one minecrafter to another.

A. Go into "manage game" (assuming this is on xbox) and hopefully in the bottom tab, there is SOME amount of data associated with your account. Select it. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO MESS THIS UP! It will hopefully give you the option of deleting it LOCALLY ON YOUR XBOX and ALSO online, as in in the cloud, on xbox. Select LOCAL .. because its also i the cloud, it'll just have to resync and you'll be good. But be careful because if it only gives you the option to delete the cloud copy, and you do, you might be outta luck

OPTION B. (This is SLOW BUT RELIABLE.. AND SAFE)
Close outta your game. Go through the processes to update to beta (via xbox insider - lots of tutorials online) load up the beta (there are varying different backgrounds, dont be alarmed). Hit play. BOOM YOUR WORLDS SHOULD BE THERE. Carefully, hit the EDIT option, not launch, EDIT (the pencil) ... copy your world .. *(you actually may have to launch the world first tbh)* but COPY your world. Boom, leave the beta and the copy is now your world

ALSO ABOUT OPTION B. if your game freezes during a load, or you wanna lessen your risk of losing your world due to what seems like a freeze, launch another game and then come back.

More, this may take several tries to load it in the beta. Loading it successfully in the beta guarantees that it'll be there on 1.13. Aaannnd also removing texture packs/lowering render distance, setting to peaceful, etc may also help but its not proven

Thank you for the solution and I'm sure it works, however I am playing on a samsung A8 phone. I do not have Xbox. I feel really bad that you wrote all that and I can't use it. I really appreciate you trying and caring though. I feel bad that you wasted your time. Thank you.

Thank you for your report!
