[MCPE-56072] Version 1.13 won't launch on ipad

Hi,

My nephews Minecraft updated to the latest version last week and now will not launch on his iPad.

It is IOS 9.3.5.

We just see the Mojang symbol and then a blank screen. I have tried rebooting his iPad on several occasions but it has not fixed the issue.
