My character/profile person isn't loading. I don't know why and I love that character and I can't throw it away because it has something special on it. I NEED it back. Please fix this bug.

I had a personalized character with its own outfit and everything but after a glitch my character simply disappeared, and I tried to make a new one, but all of the specialized options are gone. I can only mix and match between Steve and Alex. I play on pocket edition on IOS.
it also happens to me with the Skin Packs/Classic skins, every time this happens i have to press reload, edit character, go to Classic Skins, owned, go to a pack, and find the character i want. It’s annoying. my friends have had this same problem a few times, i’ve had to do it more because i play the game more.
