[MCPE-56723] Game Freezes then Crashes upon loading into a survival world

Whenever I try to load into survival world, the game would just freeze for a few seconds then the game would crash. I have tried restarting my PC but to no avail. Turns out this 1.13.1 bug "hotfix" has made the problem even worse.
