I have version 1.12.1 installed. on the iPad. The game stopped loading. It writes Moiang and the white screen turns on for 2 seconds and the game crashes. 11/13/2019 there was an update for version 1.13.1. What should I do now?

This is also happening on my Xbox one. The white screen comes up that says Minecraft. Under it is a bar that advances until there are 5 ticks left and it does not progress. We have restarted, and turned off the power. It has been giving the same result for three days now.
