Wont fully turn on

I've been trying to play minecraft for the past three days. I turn on my Xbox one press the minecraft game and then as it get past the white screen mojang logo it gets stuck on the white screen with the bars trying to load. It wont go any further. The game has been stuck like this and I waited an hour to see if anything would change and it's still stuck. I've reset my device waited a few hours before trying again and even unplugging the device to blow out any possible dust in the cord plugs. Nothings worked. My other games play fine it's Minecraft that isn't working.

I'd also like to say that before this happened two things happened that never happened before. It crashed four times (three times in one day then one the next) and the shop was bugged out badly. Then it got stuck like this. I don't know what happened but can you please fix it? I also took two pictures of the bug that happened in the shop before it stopped loading and letting play.
