[MCPE-56984] Iron Golems do not spawn if you build them by removing blocks

Iron Golems do not spawn if you build a 3x2 tower with a pumpkin at the top and then remove the to blocks of th sides.

Confirmed. Iron golems only spawn when the appropriate configuration is made by placing blocks, and not when the configuration is made by removing blocks.

Same applies to withers, so probably snow golems too.

A trick is to place Pumpkin at the very end. Golems body can be made by removing blocks.
