The oxygen bar will still be there above the hotbar when you switch from Survival to Creative while underwater

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set gamemode to Survival

  2. Go underwater, where the oxygen bar will show

  3. Switch to Creative

  4. The oxygen bar will still be there above the hotbar and the bubbles will begin to regenerate

  5. Once the oxygen bar fills up, it will disappear
