Usually a map would update to show new blocks as it has in past updates, Now when creating a map near my walls it doesn't show half of the walls on the map when upgrading it past 0/4

When the map is zoomed out, only 1/4 of the blocks are shown (relative to the previous zoom level). Possibly the way the blocks are selected to show on the map has changed slightly?
A visually better way this "could" work would be to average the colors of the blocks in each 2x2 (4x4, etc) area covered by the map pixel instead of picking only a single block. However, this might make map generation more laggy.
