Realms Saving the wrong file

The realm will be working then when everyone logs off the realm will go back to the same save file and save that file over and over then when we log on in the morning it would go back to a old save file from a couple of days ago and can stop it by backing a save file from the night before then I do and the game will save the same save file and i have to save an old save file to fix it then finally it good in till the next morning

Update:

The realm now will now do the same thing but with a different file now the realm is just saving in the middle of the day. Still have to back up the realm because of the rollbacks
