The skeletons are too unaccurate but the PC ones only miss one time and then allmost everytime they hit me.When I jsut walk they miss me all the time and only sometimes they hit me.

There is no indication that this is a bug... Pocket Edition is not the same game as PC Minecraft, there are differences.
You may have a low difficulty. The skeletons are less accurate in Peaceful/Easy than Normal/Hard/Hardcore.
