UPDATE [12/11/19]: I experimented and turned on Airplane Mode and I saw the Mojang starting screen, but only for a couple of seconds before crashing again. Guess I can't play the Buzzy Bees update for a while.
When I try to boot up my game, I see a black screen for 5 to nearly 10 minutes instead of seeing the Mojang starting screen with a white background. After that, my game crashes. I even tried to put my game in Airplane Mode (an old solution to 1.12.1 crashes), but my game still crashes, making the game unplayable.
What makes this bug confusing is that some Nintendo Switch players can still play, while others like myself tolerate this crashing bug. The video below shows what my screen looks like right before the game crashes. Thank you for taking your time to read this issue.

Turns out you can uninstall Minecraft, and reinstall, and it will work. Also, the date that I posted that comment was wrong. Maybe this will be too? I don't know what to do if you have a disk or a cartridge.
