I am on iPad Pro 12.9” on iPadOS 13.4 on Minecraft 1.14.30.
Just found this bug as well. It’s not just that it drops and primes the TNT, it’s a 100% chance of dropping too, (though will get destroyed unless picked up.) I have attached a video showing this off.
