[MCPE-38101] TNT sometimes duplicates itself when ignited by an explosion

The Bug
TNT blocks will sometimes be duplicated when ignited by another TNT explosion

Steps to reproduce

Place a few TNT in a small area
Ignite one of them
While in creative, try to stay close to the TNT

Thanks again for closing a ticket and not transferring the information that was provided in the ticket. Costing me to waste my time snd you to waste your time. Efficiency should be key when fixing major issues such as a dupe bug.

Affects 1.14.30 as already known. Attached video that was attached at other post too.
