I purchased the "Fluffy Jacket" outfit from the Marketplace, and around a week later I wasn't allowed to use my character anymore. My outfit wasn't purchased anymore, and it didn't give me the Minecoins back either. How do I recover the purchase?

Mine is doing kind of the same thing but I'm not even able to open the marketplace I lost all of my packs. And they said there was an issue with my account.
