This has been bugging me past few hours and I cannot find a fix.
Using local network, both same version Bedrock on Xbox One and PC. (v 1.13.1)
When Xbox One hosts - can see and join as LAN from the PC.
When PC hosts - cannot see anything from the Xbox (but can see person logged on via friends).
It seems there is a setting on the Xbox One that is blocking access outward - but allowing coming in that happened with recent update. It refers to account settings site by MS, but everything is flagged for adult.
I have tried checking through all the different settings I could find, but no luck. There is a setting somewhere that controls this... it only impacts Minecraft on Xbox One, no issues with Minecraft used on the PC.
I had no issues in the past with my kids connecting from the Xbox to PC - but the last time that was done was several months ago. Recently I have just been connecting from PC to Xbox to help them build their worlds

PC Bedrock users can connect to Xbox Worlds, Xbox users can Not connect to PC Worlds. It's pretty 100% consistent on that one. I've tested this across multiple networks and devices and I'm absolutely positive there's no one in the world that's connected to a Bedrock PC world from an Xbox. It just doesn't allow it.

Still have issue with 1.14.1.
from Xbox can view PC online, but not view/see the world.
From PC, van view and join.
Broken over holiday time when actually needed is not very good - and there seems to be zero support on this.
