I don’t really know when it happed but I was starting a new world and I wanted to use the pure bd texture pack I had bought but when I went to go select it, it wasn’t there I went to the storage settings and it wasn’t there either and when i reset purchases it still wasn’t there so I went to the market place and it says I didn’t buy it even though I did.

It is possible to get the texture pack back, take a look at the comments to MCPE-58005.
Same thing happened to me on Nintendo Switch, I no longer have the Mario Mashup pack that comes with the Switch version and my son is very disappointed. We had been on vacation 11/15 to 12/3 and when he opened Minecraft on 12/4 it downloaded an update and the Mario Mashup pack was gone.
