On our multiplayer server, I have been noticing hostile mobs spawning on top of trees, where there is nothing but leaf blocks on top of. This did not happen before 1.14.0. Please fix!

Can confirm this on my 2 player realm, my safe base now spawn Villager Zombies in it’s garden area on top of trees. Creepers raining from above. Not nice😞 further more can mobs now spawn on wood logs with a single fence on them.
