Minecraft Windows 10 edition sounds very bad, and glichy

I recently redeemed the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft, but I can't play it due to a really awful audio bug – upon launching the game I hear a loud white noise/static buzz through my headset (Razer Kraken headset - the driver is managed by Razer's Surround software – which is fully up to date). I also tried another headset and it still sounds the same. It's almost deafening. When I get in-game its a weird sound no matter what I do. (almost like chains or keys are like in a bag??? if that makes any sense)

I've reinstalled the game and tried to disable 7.1 on my headset but it doesn't fix the problem. I have been playing with the sound disabled in-game the last day but its kinda difficult.

The bug also happens to me, it only happens in windows 10, in android it doesn't happen, it is very annoying and it ruins my game experience. (My headphones are the Razer Kraken X Lite with razer drivers)

Yeah I have this too, seems to happen in the bedrock edition not the java. I believe the surround sound is just broken, there is no center and rear channel and some sounds are just missing entirely- if I wasn't playing with friends I wouldn't want to play like that at all.

The issue is occurring without a resolution and makes it impossible to play the game that i just redeemed. A solution will be greatly appreciated as i see that i am not the only one having this issue.
