1.14 causing constant crashes every 2 mins

my realm has been running for over 6 months and has amassed nearly 300 players, since 1.14 rolled out it crashes every 2 mins, all downloaded backups are corrupted giving only a purple screen and a crash when opened in single player, this is quite simply the latest in a series of realms failures, constant crashes and rollbacks are decimating the playerbase, these issues are constantly raised on bug reports i have read over the last 2 years, yet the issues remain. Your 'head in the bucket of sand' approach to serious server limitations is laughable, sooner or later the business model of constant growth will fail as a once loyal playbase turns to your rivals. I in the meantime will speak with the only voice you're likely to hear: financial.
