it’s like i deleted the Minecraft app (I’ve had it installed on my iPhone for over two years, WITHOUT deleting it.) All my purchases that i’ve made with my microsoft account (i’ve had one since they came out) are GONE. If i look up an item i owned in the marketplace, it tells me i need to purchase it again. i had over 20 worlds on my device, ALL GONE.
I have no friends in my friends list (i had at least 5). I had about 80 minecoins (ALL GONE)
my settings are back at default. my skins are gone. everything is gone.. i’ve spent at least $50 worth of stuff on this game, and it’s all gone except a texture pack i bought before microsoft accounts existed on minecraft. when i tried restoring my purchases, it wouldn’t do anything. so, i logged out of my account and then back on, and it took a couple tries to get back in. after the game had crashed on me multiple times. if anyone else is having this same issue, or similar to it. please let me know so that i know if it’s for everyone or if it’s just me that’s having this issue.. thanks.🙂

Update: Minecraft Pocket Edition updated today. Still am missing Marketplace content. And I keep getting logged out of my Microsoft Account.

I have the same issue. Every since they added PS4/Bee update I’m missing all my marketplace purchases on every platform. Some how my account was corrupted and I’m now missing hundred dollars worth of content. My stuff has been gone since middle of December. I will not play Minecraft or spend any more money until my content is returned to me. I have sent a support ticket in a month ago and I still haven’t heard back from them.
Update: It’s a bug in the new update with the bees. I was having this issue on my iPhone after it had just updated, but then I went onto my xBox and all my purchases from the marketplace were there. (Because i hadn’t updated the minecraft on my xbox) You all should be getting your purchases back soon.
