Honey bottle does not work when using fatal poison effect (normal works just fine)

Repro Steps:

1. Obtain honey bottle(s)

2. Switch to Survival

3. Run the command /effect @s fatal_poison

4. Drink the honey bottle(s)

Observed Results:
The poison effect is not removed, and the player may die.

Expected Results:
Poison effects should be removed by drinking honey.

Original Description:
Basically I was testing out a few features such as the fact that the honey bottle can remove poison effect. I tested it on the poison potion bottle, then effected myself with the normal poison effect. The honey bottle did what it was supposed to do and removed the effect. However, when trying to do the same with the fatal poison effect the honey bottle did not remove it and I ended up dying because of it. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be that way or not, but it should work for ALL poison effects. Unless I am wrong, and in that case please let me know and explain your reasoning.
